As adventure travelers, we loved the unique setting of Karoo 1 Hotel Village. The beautiful Karoo surroundings provided us with a taste of nature and adventure. The hotel's warm hospitality added to the overall experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the ambience of the entire hotel was wonderful. The staff, especially Gisela in the restaurant and the housekeeping staff, were friendly and tried their best to assist us, despite being busy and seemingly understaffed. We appreciated that the manager accommodated our late check-in after a roadside breakdown delayed our arrival. The thoughtful gesture of pre-heating our room for our late arrival was greatly appreciated. The social area of the hotel was a great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
